    Excellent

    Purchased for use both as cutting boards & heat shields for a grill. They have worked excellently multiple times now. Also, because designed for the Pecos table they don’t slide around as a regular cutting* board.

    Yes, they are expensive but high quality.

    I bought two of them for my table. I sure like the idea of it not only saving my table from cuts, providing a clean work without a thero cleaning, and if you pick up up something off the grill you got a place to set it without it melting or burning up something. Well done Pecos, we'll done.

    PECOS Heat Shield

    love this heat shield ,I do competition barbecue and when I pull the brisket out of my smoker, it’s extremely hot ,so no more worries to put something hot on my Pecos table anymore!! 💯

    Critical for the Nomad!

    About 3 months back, I asked PECOS for a heat shield so I can use my Nomad grill on the table. “We don’t have that, but we’ll send it to our product development team.” I tried a Yoder Smoker mat and melted that in a trial on plywood. I tried to find a silicone map of the right size - no dice. Then the e-blast came from PECOS. So awesome that y’all developed this solution!
